Both Evergreen natives, one being a longtime local builder who has been crafting homes throughout the foothills for over 30 years, the other with just over a decade in the building industry. Together, they bring a deep understanding of the land, a strong reputation, and a commitment to quality that resonates in every corner of this development. Their strong presence in the community has been driven by their continuous dedication to enhancing mountain living by providing spaces that symbolize more than a home, but a reflection of our area’s natural beauty. Stay 7830 is a testament to their passion for building, creativity, and our community, by bringing a fresh take to the foothills. 

What Is Stay 7830?

Stay 7830 is a distinctive extended stay mountain community located at 945 Nob Hill Road in Evergreen. The development spans just over 9 acres and will feature 16 fully furnished rental units, upon completion of the project. This includes: 

  • Ten 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabins

  • Four 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabins

  • A 3-bedroom home

  • A 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom home at 950 Evergreen Parkway, complete with a game room, expansive deck, and walk-out hot tub patio

Each unit is designed with mountain modern aesthetics, featuring clean lines, natural materials, and expansive windows that invite the outdoors in. The community is designed to offer a peaceful and private environment, making it ideal for those seeking a tranquil getaway or a comfortable mid-term stay.

Progress and Future 

Construction is well underway, with several units already completed and welcoming guests, with project completion scheduled for late 2026. Plans are in place for a caretaker's or manager's unit to ensure the community's upkeep and guest satisfaction.
