Stay 7830 is a distinctive extended stay mountain community located at 945 Nob Hill Road in Evergreen. The development spans just over 9 acres and will feature 16 fully furnished rental units, upon completion of the project. This includes:
Ten 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabins
Four 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabins
A 3-bedroom home
A 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom home at 950 Evergreen Parkway, complete with a game room, expansive deck, and walk-out hot tub patio
